Funnelish is a real, self-serve funnel and checkout builder for ecommerce brands, with published plans, a 14-day trial that needs no card, and no commission taken on sales. It is the pick if you already have a product that sells on paid ads and want landers, a checkout you control, order bumps and one-click upsells, either alongside Shopify or instead of it. You will regret it if you add it before your store has a winner, or if you need subscription billing spread across many merchant accounts, which is what Checkout Champ and Konnektive are built for.
It is at its best for ecommerce brands running paid ads that want their own checkout with bumps and upsells. That is the lens the rest of this review uses: not whether it is the biggest tool on the market, but whether it is the right one for that operator.
Is Funnelish legit?
You saw Funnelish named as a rival in our Checkout Champ review, the trial asks for no card, and you want to know if it is a platform you can build a store's revenue on or one more app you cancel in a month. The company is real and its terms are public: plan prices sit on its pricing page, the trial runs 14 days, and its pricing FAQ says Funnelish keeps no commission on transactions.
The regret people report comes from two places. Some bought it too early, while they were still testing products on Shopify. Others ran into problems once volume grew: product sync that needs care, slow support replies and at least one outage. Both are covered below, so you can judge them before you connect a payment gateway. If the plan limits are your first question, see the Funnelish plans side by side.
What you get for the plan fee
Funnelish builds the pages a paid-traffic store runs on: landers, the checkout, upsell and downsell steps, thank-you pages and ecommerce blogs. Order bumps and true one-click upsells after the first purchase are part of the plan, so the extra revenue steps do not need a second app. Split testing is part of the builder too.
Payments go through Funnelish Pay, which connects Stripe, PayPal, Airwallex, Checkout.com and NMI, with Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay offered at checkout. Your processor's fees still apply. On the Advanced plan, Gateway Pools routes card payments across several gateways in priority order and fails over to a backup gateway when one declines or goes down, for an added 0.5% per transaction.
Two things sit outside the product. Funnelish reports orders, and a tracker such as RedTrack is still what ties each order to the ad that paid for it. Funnelish Stores and Customer Portals are listed as coming soon on its own site, so base the decision on the features that are live today.
Funnelish and Shopify: hybrid or standalone
Funnelish offers two set-ups. In the hybrid one, Shopify keeps the catalog and fulfilment, ads send buyers to a Funnelish funnel and checkout, and each paid order syncs back into the store with its upsells bundled in. In the standalone one, Funnelish replaces Shopify as the store.
The hybrid route is where most of the setup time goes. Funnelish's own Shopify sync page says an order fails to sync without the right product automation, and every SKU you sell needs one, order bumps and upsell items included. Address fields such as state or province have to match what Shopify expects. If both Shopify and Funnelish fire a purchase event to Meta, decide which one owns it before launch, or the same sale can be counted twice.
Timing matters as much as setup. On r/dropshipping, the advice to a newcomer asking about running both was to start on Shopify alone and bring in Funnelish once there is something worth building funnels for. A WooCommerce store has a closer fit in CartFlows, which runs the same bump and upsell steps inside WordPress. A seller of courses or ebooks is better matched to SamCart.
Is Funnelish worth it?
It earns its fee when three things are true: a product already sells profitably on paid traffic, the margin depends on what the buyer adds after the first item, and you want control of the checkout page itself. A Trustpilot reviewer credits it with filling the gap Shopify leaves in post-purchase customisation, and that is the job it does best.
It is too early when you are still looking for a winning product, because the Basic plan's visitor cap and the sync work cost time a testing store should spend on ads. Look at Checkout Champ or Konnektive instead if you bill subscriptions across many merchant accounts. And if nobody on the team can watch product automations and failed syncs, the hybrid set-up will cost you orders.
Funnelish against Checkout Champ and ClickFunnels
Checkout Champ runs on the Konnektive billing engine, connects to hundreds of gateways and charges a share of gross revenue on top of its monthly fee. Funnelish is lighter and fully self-serve, with an ecommerce and dropshipping lean. Funnelish's whole top plan costs less than Checkout Champ's entry fee before revenue share. ClickFunnels is the general-purpose funnel builder buyers compare it with. One media buyer on r/FacebookAds says both Funnelish and Checkout Champ convert worse than ClickFunnels at checkout. No controlled test backs that claim either way, so treat it as a question for your own split test. The Funnelish alternatives page sorts the rivals by the reason you would leave.
