Konnektive is a CRM and payment hub, not one of the click trackers this site ranks. Konnektive is a real, long-running CRM and payment hub, and it carries serious volume: its homepage cites more than 200 million transactions, 60,000 merchants and over $7 billion processed a year. It is the pick if you run high-volume direct-response or subscription offers on your own landing pages and need many merchant accounts, rebills and call-center tooling in one back office. You will regret it if you want a published price, a modern interface or a cheap first month, because the account is quoted on a call and paid up front, and that money stays with Konnektive if you cancel.
Where its real rivals sit
Operators leave Konnektive for two reasons: a contract bill they cannot see in advance, and screens that take weeks to learn. Where you should land depends on which of the two hurts more.
You want the same kind of back office on a clearer contract. Sticky.io is the platform buyers most often weigh against Konnektive for subscription billing across several merchant accounts. Compare Konnektive and Sticky.io side by side, including how each sells its plans.
You want the engine with funnel pages and a published price. Checkout Champ licenses Konnektive's billing core and adds its own page builder and upsell flows. Its review and its pricing page show what that costs.
You only need a checkout with upsells. If you sell a handful of products through one account, a hosted cart gives you checkout pages and order bumps with no developer. SamCart vs ThriveCart compares the two most common picks.
You are staying, but changing gateways. The CRM is only half the stack. NMI vs Authorize.net covers the gateway that sits underneath it.
