Konnektive is a CRM and payment hub, not one of the click trackers this site ranks. Konnektive is a real, long-running CRM and payment hub, and it carries serious volume: its homepage cites more than 200 million transactions, 60,000 merchants and over $7 billion processed a year. It is the pick if you run high-volume direct-response or subscription offers on your own landing pages and need many merchant accounts, rebills and call-center tooling in one back office. You will regret it if you want a published price, a modern interface or a cheap first month, because the account is quoted on a call and paid up front, and that money stays with Konnektive if you cancel.

### Where its real rivals sit

Operators leave Konnektive for two reasons: a contract bill they cannot see in advance, and screens that take weeks to learn. Where you should land depends on which of the two hurts more.

**You want the pages, the checkout and the CRM on one platform, with a price you can read before you sign.** ElasticFunnels is a funnel platform for teams running paid traffic. It builds the pages (an AI builder drafts one from a prompt or clones one from a URL), hosts the checkout with order bumps, one-click upsells and subscriptions, and keeps every click, order, rebill and refund on one record, with a CRM, automations and a call center reading the same data. For a Konnektive operator the closest match is its multi-MID routing on NMI: each first sale is split by weight across your NMI merchant accounts, filtered by card brand, product and amount, with a daily cap per MID and a per-MID report of sales, revenue and refunds. Upsells and rebills stay on the MID that took the sale. Stripe, PayPal, Klarna and Authorize.net connect as one account each and are not routed. If your volume runs through several processors, Konnektive covers more of that setup.

Konnektive has no page builder, so your pages and their split tests live in a separate tool. ElasticFunnels rotates page variants under one campaign link, so Meta, Google and TikTok keep their learning while a test runs. Plans start at $97 a month with every feature on every plan. The checkout adds 0.5% of revenue taken through its own gateways, and the 14-day trial needs no card. **Where ElasticFunnels is thin.** Its team started building it in 2023, which makes it newer than the platforms it competes with, and there are very few independent reviews to test its claims. Until you run real volume through it, you are largely taking the vendor's word for how the routing and reporting hold up. The trial is the cheapest way to narrow that gap: build a funnel and a checkout on it before you move a single MID.

**You want the same kind of back office on a clearer contract.** Sticky.io is the platform buyers most often weigh against Konnektive for subscription billing across several merchant accounts. **You want the engine with funnel pages and a published price.** Checkout Champ licenses Konnektive's billing core and adds its own page builder and upsell flows. Its review and its pricing page show what that costs.

**You only need a checkout with upsells.** If you sell a handful of products through one account, a hosted cart gives you checkout pages and order bumps with no developer. SamCart vs ThriveCart compares the two most common picks.

**You are staying, but changing gateways.** The CRM is only half the stack. NMI vs Authorize.net covers the gateway that sits underneath it.

### Frequently asked questions

What is the closest alternative to Konnektive?

Sticky.io, for operators who want a subscription CRM with multi-merchant billing. Checkout Champ is closer still under the hood, since it runs on Konnektive's engine.

Is there a Konnektive alternative that also builds the funnel pages?

ElasticFunnels. Pages, checkout, CRM and reporting share one platform, and its MID routing works across NMI accounts. It is a young product with little outside review coverage, so trial it before you move volume.

Can I move my data out of Sticky.io into Konnektive, or the reverse?

Konnektive documents a plugin for imports from Sticky.io. A move in the other direction depends on the destination's own import tools, so ask that vendor before you cancel.
